Jadiroon only lets a workspace account sign in once its email address is confirmed. For almost everyone this happens automatically: opening your activation link (the invitation email you receive when your workspace is created or when you are invited to one) confirms your address at the same moment you set your password. There is no separate verification email.
This page is for the remaining case: an account created through the earlier public sign-up, which has since closed, whose address was never confirmed.
The email
The verification email has the subject Verify your Jadiroon account and contains a single link. If you cannot find it:
- Check spam and quarantine. Some corporate filters route automated mail aggressively.
- Request a resend from the verification page (
/verify-email) — there is a limit of three resend requests per hour per email address.
Clicking the link
The link points to /verify-email?token=.... The platform validates the token, marks your address as verified, and sends you to your workspace login. Sign in with your email and password; you land in your workspace at /{slug}/app.
If the link is too old, the verification page shows an expiry message and a button to request a new one.
If you suspect a problem
If a verification or activation link arrives that you did not expect, or from a sender you do not trust, do not click. Forward the message to hello@jadiroon.sa.
