You arrived here because someone at your organisation invited you to Jadiroon. You probably haven't seen the product before. This page is a five-minute orientation to what to expect.
What Jadiroon is, in one paragraph
Jadiroon is the system your organisation uses to keep track of competencies and competencies. It records what you can do, where you would like to go next, and what you might want to learn to get there. Your assessments, your competency profile, your growth plan, and the learning recommendations made for you all live in one place — at /me once you sign in.
Your first ten minutes
After you accept your invitation:
- You will land on your dashboard — a single page that shows what is asked of you (assessments to take, plan to review) and what is on your horizon (target role, recent activity).
- You will likely have a welcome notification in the bell icon at the top.
- You may have one or more assessments assigned to you. They take between ten and thirty minutes each; you do not have to do them all in one sitting.
- You will have a draft growth plan that you can read and edit, jointly with HR and your line manager.
Nothing is irreversible. If you change your mind on a milestone or a learning item, you can edit it.
Where to read next
If you want a tour of every screen, Section VI — The employee experience walks through them in order.
If you have an assessment assigned and want to know what to expect, jump straight to What your employee sees when taking an assessment.
If you want to understand how your competency levels are calculated and where they come from, see How an assessment moves the competency profile and the deeper concept page Competency profile.
What is private to you
A short note on data. Your assessment results, your competency profile, and your growth plan are visible to your line manager and to your organisation's HR administrators. They are not visible to your peers. The full data and trust posture is on the /trust page; a shorter summary is in Section IX.
