Add a second HR administrator before you do anything else of consequence. A workspace with a single administrator is one lost laptop or one staff change away from a recovery problem.
Where to do it
/{slug}/app/settings/team → Invite → choose role HR Administrator → enter the person's name and work email → send.
The invitation appears in the Pending invitations table on the same page until accepted.
What gets sent
The recipient receives an email with the subject You've been invited to join the workspace on Jadiroon. The body explains who invited them (your name) and contains a single link valid for seven days. The link points to /invite/{token} where they set their full name and a password.
What they see
When they click the link they land on a one-page form: full name, password (eight characters minimum), and a single button to Create account. There is no further onboarding step — once they submit, they are logged in and dropped into the workspace at /{slug}/app.
What they can immediately do
Everything you can do. The new HR administrator has full access from the moment they accept. They can see every person, every role, every assessment, every growth plan, every email template, every taxonomy setting.
Resending and revoking
From the Pending invitations table:
- Resend generates a new email with the same token and resets the seven-day clock. Use this if the recipient says they did not receive the original.
- Revoke cancels the token. The recipient cannot accept it after this. To invite the same person again, send a fresh invitation.
After acceptance
Once the new admin has accepted, they appear in the Active members table on the same Settings page. From there you can see their last sign-in, change their role, or remove them from the workspace entirely. Removing an HR administrator does not delete any of the records they created — those persist with their authorship intact.
Next
With at least two administrators, the workspace is safe. The next page covers inviting line managers — the team scoping that comes with that role makes it slightly more involved than inviting a fellow administrator.
