Account types and Available jobs

For everyone

Jadiroon has four kinds of people who sign in, and one public place where anyone can discover openings before they have an account. This page explains both.

Account types

Every login account carries a role. The role decides which dashboard the person lands on and what they can do.

  • Candidate — applies to jobs and follows each application's progress. Dashboard: /{workspace}/candidate.
  • Employee — a hired person who runs assessments, sees their growth plan, and tracks their career. Dashboard: /{workspace}/me.
  • Trainer — applies to training engagements and delivers courses. Dashboard: /{workspace}/trainer.
  • Administrator (HR admin / line manager) — runs hiring, assessments, the team, and settings. Dashboard: /{workspace}/app.

Accounts are scoped to a workspace (organization). The same email can hold different roles across different workspaces. A candidate or trainer account is created against a specific organization — there is no global, organization-less candidate sign-up.

The public landing header

The marketing header adapts to who is looking at it:

  • Signed out — a Join menu offers Log in, Join a job (candidate), and Become a trainer, alongside Book a demo.
  • Signed in — the login and register options disappear; instead a Dashboard button takes the person to their role's home (candidate, employee, trainer, or admin), next to a Log out action.

Available jobs

The Available jobs page (/{locale}/careers) is the one public, cross-organization view. It lists every workspace's open jobs and training opportunities, grouped by organization, showing the organization name, its sector, and the number of open roles. Each opening shows whether it is a Job or a Training engagement, plus level, delivery mode, location, duration, and any Saudization preference.

Applying is one click:

  • If you are signed in with a matching role in that organization (a candidate for a job, a trainer for a training engagement), Apply takes you straight to the application page.
  • Otherwise Apply takes you to that organization's registration page, returning you to the opening once your account exists.
