Stage: E-signature (coming with the feature)

Today

• Offer letters are generated in Jadiroon and sent to the candidate. Read them with Offers (GET /api/v1/offers/{id}/file).
• An external e-signature tool can follow the hiring flow with application.stage_changed (the move to OFFERED) and application.hired.

What to expect

The plan is the same pattern as every other stage: the signature status on the offer object, events for sent, signed and declined, and the signed document as a streamed download. Additive changes like these ship in v1 without breaking existing integrations.
