Stage 5 — Monitoring

For HR administrators

Stage 5 — Final review closes the loop. It turns the applied recommendations from the whole planning session into a closing report: a decision document with open/close counts, a real financial impact, a decision table, one-click plan approval, and PDF export.

The closing report

The report reads the session's recommendation ledger — every Apply you clicked across the gap stage — and totals it:

  • Jobs to open — applied headcount-shortage recommendations (each created a draft hiring requisition).
  • Jobs to close — applied automation / surplus recommendations (each recorded a planned closure; nothing is archived).
  • Learning paths — applied competency-gap recommendations (each created a draft learning path).

Financial impact (annual SAR)

The report prices the plan in annual gross Saudi riyals, from Jadiroon salary bands:

  • Per-seat value is the midpoint of the role's salary band — (salaryMin + salaryMax) ÷ 2.
  • When a row has no band — for placeholder roles created on the fly from an uploaded Excel — it falls back to the workspace average midpoint across all real roles. An assumptions line states which fallback was used and the midpoint method.
  • Opening cost sums the midpoints of jobs to open; closing saving sums the midpoints (× planned seats) of jobs to close; net annual impact is saving − cost, signed and colored (green when the plan saves, red when it costs).

Decision table

Below the totals, one row per applied recommendation — grouped by open / close / develop — shows a kind badge, the role or title, its unit, its status, and an Open draft deep link to the created Position or LearningPath. It is the auditable list of exactly what the plan decided.

Approve · export

  • Approve plan freezes a snapshot of the counts, financial impact and decision list, stamped with who approved it and when. Approval is snapshot-only — the drafts stay drafts; nothing is committed or archived. After approval the report shows an approved banner and becomes read-only.
  • Export PDF prints a clean, chrome-free version of the report — brand header, no app tabs — the shareable artifact of the cycle. It works whether or not the plan is approved; an approved plan prints its frozen numbers.

AI prepares · you decide

This stage embodies the platform's theme line most clearly: the counts, the money, and the decision list are prepared for you, but approving the plan — and acting on the drafts it created — stays your call. The platform does not commit anything on approval; it keeps the human in the loop.

Readiness and replanning

Beneath the report, the earlier readiness view is kept as a secondary strip — gaps by priority and how close supply is to demand across roles. Because the earlier stages are deterministic and built on your workspace's real data, re-running after headcount or assumptions change gives you an updated picture immediately, without losing auditability. This is where you notice when it's time to replan.
