About this manual

For everyone

This is the user manual for Jadiroon — a competencies-assessment and talent-development platform built for Saudi and GCC organisations. Its competency taxonomy is built on the HRSD national reference, with optional sector overlays (NCA · SCFHS · SDAIA · Financial Academy). The platform's PDPL posture and NCA ECC-2 awareness are documented in the trust centre. It is meant to be read in order, the same order you actually use the platform: activate your workspace, set up your team, hire your first person, develop them, grow them, and then — for the people you bring in — what they see on their side.

You can also dip in. Sections VIII (Concepts and vocabulary) and IX (Trust, data and support) are reference. The first seven sections are a continuous narrative.

Who this is for

Two readers, in this order:

  • A new HR administrator in their first week. You have just activated your workspace and don't yet have a team. Begin at Start here as an HR administrator.
  • An employee who just received an invitation. You are about to log in for the first time. Begin at Start here as an employee.

Line managers and other admins read whichever sections apply to their role; the roles and permissions matrix tells you what each role can see.

What's covered

Everything that is currently shipped in production. The Hire workflow end-to-end. The five assessment types. The Develop and Grow surfaces. The individual employee portal at /me. Workspace settings. The trust and compliance posture. The vocabulary you will encounter in the product.

What is not covered

  • Anything not yet shipped. We will not document features that don't exist.
  • The public marketing pages — those are at jadiroon.sa.
  • An API or developer reference. Jadiroon does not yet expose a public API.

How to read it

Each section opens with a short framing paragraph and ends with a Next link to the page that naturally follows. The left sidebar lists every page in reading order. The right rail (on wide screens) shows the headings within the current page so you can jump.

If a term is unfamiliar, follow the link. Every load-bearing concept is defined once in Section VIII — Concepts and vocabulary and referenced everywhere else.

A short note on language: this manual exists in English and Arabic. The toggle is in the top navigation bar. Pages that are not yet translated to Arabic fall back to the English version with the Arabic interface chrome.
