AI insights and the Jadiroon loop is what turns the platform from a read-only analysis layer into a tool that produces real outcomes inside Jadiroon. Three sequential parts: navigation is locked until your document is analyzed, then an insights-and-recommendations layer sits on top of the deterministic numbers, then gap recommendations apply in one click to create real drafts in Jadiroon modules.
First: navigation is locked until you analyze
When you open the platform, stages two through five — supply analysis, demand, gap, and monitoring — are locked with a lock icon. You can't move to them until you upload a strategy document and analyze it in the first stage (Strategy).
- As soon as analysis succeeds — whether via a master-data Excel file or a PDF/text document — the remaining tabs unlock and the platform advances automatically to the next stage.
- If you have a prior analysis session saved, the tabs load already unlocked — we don't make you re-analyze.
- The lock exists to order the path: each stage is read in light of the strategy you analyzed first, so a gap table without guiding context is meaningless.
Second: the insights-and-recommendations layer
The deterministic numbers stay exactly as they are — supply, demand, and gap are computed by the engine alone, untouched by AI. But on top of those numbers, an insights panel is added to the supply, demand, and gap stages, where the AI reads three sources together:
- The stage's deterministic results — the numbers as the engine computed them.
- Your document's context — the objectives and initiatives extracted in the first stage.
- Live Jadiroon data — people and retirement eligibility and expertise concentration in supply, workloads in demand, and each role's required competencies in the gap stage.
Every insight carries a title, a severity (high or medium), and a rationale that ties the number to the document to your workspace data — so you don't get a bare number, but a reading that explains why it deserves your attention.
Third: closing the loop to Jadiroon
In the gap stage, some recommendations carry an Apply button. Clicking it doesn't show text — it creates a real draft in the target module inside Jadiroon:
- Headcount shortage (Hire) → a draft hiring requisition (
Position) for the role is created in an unposted state, ready for the hiring team to review and post. - Competency gap (Develop) → a draft learning path (
LearningPath) for the job family is created, ready for the development team to review and publish. - Automation (Structure) → a routine, high-volume role is marked as a planned closure — a non-destructive ledger entry that says "automate instead of expand." Nothing is archived or deleted; the closure is a decision the report totals, not an action the platform takes.
After creation the button flips to Created ✓ with a direct link to the draft, and the action is saved in a recommendation ledger that prevents duplicate creation and keeps an auditable trail (recommendation kind, target module, created draft, and who applied it).
The result is a reviewable closed loop: the platform detects the gap, proposes the action, and prepares the draft in the right module — so its owner finds work ready to review, not just a data display.
Fourth: the closing report
The final stage is no longer a passive dashboard — it is a closing report that reads the whole session's applied recommendations and turns them into a decision document:
- Open / close counts — how many jobs the plan opens (applied headcount shortages), how many it closes (applied automation / surplus closures), and how many learning paths it starts.
- Financial impact (annual SAR) — opening cost, closing saving, and a signed net annual impact, priced from Jadiroon salary bands: per-seat value is the midpoint
(salaryMin + salaryMax) ÷ 2of the role's band, falling back to the workspace average midpoint when a row has no band (for placeholder roles created from Excel). An assumptions line states the fallback used. - Decision table — one row per applied recommendation, grouped by open / close / develop, with a kind badge, the role/title, its unit, status, and a deep link to open the created draft.
- Approve plan — a one-click «Approve plan» freezes a snapshot of the counts, financial impact and decision list, stamped with who approved it and when. Approval is snapshot-only: the drafts stay drafts, nothing is committed or archived. After approval the report shows an approved banner and switches to read-only.
- Export PDF — a one-click «Export PDF» prints a clean, chrome-free version of the report (brand header, no tabs) — the shareable artifact of the planning cycle.
Where to find the platform
In your workspace at /{slug}/app/swp. The created drafts appear in the Hire and Develop modules for review and approval.
