Built for your ERP.

Push and pull every record. Webhooks for every change. Bulk sync for migration. One REST API connects Jadiroon to your ERP, HR system or data platform, under the same rules as the app.

API/01REST API

Push and pull every record

Organizational and Functional Structure, positions, job descriptions, pay scales, candidates, openings, applications, interviews, offers, employees, users and roles, over one JSON API with bilingual fields.

/api/v1
API/02Webhooks

Webhooks for every change

60 event types, from employee.created to application.hired. Every delivery is signed and retried with backoff over several days, and can be redelivered from the delivery log.

HMAC-SHA256
API/03Bulk sync

Bulk sync for migration

Up to 1,000 rows per request, processed in the background with a result for every row. A first load of hundreds of thousands of employees is a loop of chunks.

What your engineers get

What an ERP or IT team needs to connect, sync and monitor, with nothing that bypasses the rules your HR team works under.

001.

Scoped keys and IP allowlists

A Workspace Admin creates an integration in Settings, picks its permissions from the same catalog as staff roles, restricts it to IP ranges if needed, and issues keys that are shown once and rotate without downtime.

GET /api/v1/ping
002.

The same rules as the app

Every API write runs the same validation, permissions and side effects as the screen, and lands in the audit log under the integration's name. Candidate contact details and pay stay hidden unless the integration is allowed to see them.

Upsert by your own ids

Create or update records keyed by your ERP's ids, point to parents, managers and positions with those ids, and look records up the same way. Catalog rows carry stable slugs across environments.

PUT /api/v1/employees/by-external/oracle-hcm/EMP-1002
004.

Signed, retried webhooks

Each request carries an HMAC-SHA256 signature, with verification snippets for Node and Python. Failed deliveries retry with backoff, secrets rotate with a 24-hour overlap, and test events and redelivery are one click away.

Jadiroon-Signature: t=…,v1=…
005.

Incremental sync and deletes

Every list accepts updatedSince, a deletion feed returns removed records with your external ids for 180 days, and idempotency keys make retries safe.

GET /api/v1/deleted?since=…
006.

An audit feed for your SIEM

Pull the audit log on your own schedule, or receive every audit row pushed to you as an audit.recorded event.

GET /api/v1/audit-events
007.

Read across every entity

On a dedicated deployment, a holding or group system reads every workspace through one read-only, IP-locked integration with an expiry date, and receives every workspace's events.
